Restoration Project Architects

Treanor Architects, a long-time experienced firm with offices in Kansas City, Lawrence, Topeka and Manhattan, Kansas, specialize in the restoration of historic public buildings and has a national reputation for the excellence of their work. Some examples of their fine work are the Kansas State Capital building, the Dillan House and Overland Station, all in Topeka.
We were fortunate to secure their services because they usually don’t work with projects as small or drawn out as ours.
Our project is under the direction of Vance Kelly, principal in the Topeka location. Vance sits on a national board of historic architects. Our contact in the office is Ian Pitts AIA Architectural Assistant.
Recently the firm merged with a Colorado architectural group to become TREANORHL. Then they acquired more offices in Texas, California and elsewhere to make, I believe, a total of eleven outlets. With the expansion, they redirected their product line to include more general architecture with commercial and educational new building projects.
